1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Zafirê. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Information About Us

Zafirê & Co is a company registered in Salvador, Brazil.

3. Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

  • A contract is only formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.

6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must inform us via email.

  • You must return the items in their original condition at your own cost within 14 days of cancellation.

  • We will process your refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Faulty Goods

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • As described.

  • Fit for purpose.

  • Of satisfactory quality. If your product is faulty, you are entitled to an immediate refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

  • If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

  • We accept payments via [Insert Methods: e.g., Credit Card, Klarna].

5. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses across the UK and other regions.

  • Delivery dates provided are estimates. Zafirê is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., postal strikes or customs).

  • Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ​We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Zafirê and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by English Law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland if you reside there).
