Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zafirestore.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a UK-based business, our policies are designed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement an email to zafirestore@outlook.com.

2. Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

  • The goods are in their original packaging.

  • The goods are not used or damaged.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene purposes and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., earrings, underwear).

  • Sealed audio, video recordings, or computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, fit for purpose or not as described, you have a statutory right to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

5. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

9. The "Tag & Seal"rule

All jewellery items are shipped with a security tag. Returns will only be accepted if the security tag remains intact and attached to the piece. Removal or tampering with this tag voids the return policy. 

10. GRA Certificate Protection

Returns must include the original GRA Certificate and all authentic documentation provided. Failure to return the original certificate will result in a deduction from the refund or rejection of the return.

11. Sole Protection 

Footwear mus be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any marks. Items returned with scuffed, dirty, or worn soles will not be eligible for a refund.

12. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zafirê Store is not liable for items lost during return transit.

13. Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, shine panties and intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged if the original packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal is broken.

14. Photographic Evidence

To initiate a return, customers must provide clear photographs of the product, including its current condition and packaging, for our team's prior assessment.

15.Customs & Duties

"Will I have have to pay customs duties or import taxes?" 

As Zafirê Store operates internationally, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches the United Kingdom and other regions. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details before placing an order. 

16. Shipping Times

"How long will my order take to arrive?"

Each piece in our boutique is carefully inspected for quality before dispatch. Delivery to the UK typically takes between 7 to 12 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

17. Order Tracking

"Can I track my order?"

Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send an email with your tracking information. You can follow package's journey directly through or website or the carrie's link provided.

18. Sale Items

Items purchased during clearance or with a discount code higher than 25% are considered 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

19. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 days business days back to your original  payment method (Stripe). 

20. Return Address 

Do not send your purchase back back to the manufacturer. Please contact us via email at zafirestore@outlook.com to receive the authorized return address and specific instructions.
